We understand that seemingly small decisions have a flow on effect. We're big fans of small local businesses and social enterprises, so we make sure to build strong relationships with them as our go-to suppliers.

We create a sustainable future by prioritising suppliers who are in alignment with our values. We love to know that we’re part of a chain that is creating a better tomorrow.

How we collaborate

We know that we can have a wider impact than we realise sometimes. From healthy office snacks to congratulatory flowers, we’ve found a lot of suppliers through word of mouth so we’re always keen to share our favourites!

Through our robust carbon offset projects in Australia and beyond, we actively align with global decarbonisation goals whilst working towards our greenhouse gas reduction targets.

Here’s what we’ve achieved so far:
We’ve offset 100% of our flying activities through certified carbon offset programs for services.
We’ve reduced our vehicle fleet emissions by 25%.
We’ve reduced our printing to almost ZERO, as part of our sustainable business practices.
We buy 100% carbon offset power across our offices, supporting renewable energy projects in Australia.
We’ve reduced our office general waste by 85% since 2015.
We’ve partnered with eWastec to implement innovative e-waste recycling programs.
…and we are just getting started.

We are compliant with ISO 14001 Environment, upholding the Environmental Management System (EMS) standard.

We are prioritising a diverse range of decarbonisation initiatives and activities contributing to Scope 1, 2, and 3 emissions.

Our approach to decarbonisation:

Priority 1
Modify or manipulate our operational activities in such a way that we don’t create these greenhouse gasses in the first place. Our goal is a 20% annual reduction in emissions, supported by advanced greenhouse gas reduction strategies.
Priority 2
Invest in certified carbon offset projects in Australia and internationally for emissions beyond our control, such as commercial flying, aligning with our long-term decarbonisation goals.

Working towards circularity:

We recognise the impact general landfill on the environment and are committed to addressing this through waste reduction and re-use projects, innovation and improved waste management practices.

We’re seeking to send Zero general waste to landfill as a result of our operations by 2029*.

* excludes items required for medical or health and safety reasons.

Getting Involved

Over the next 12 months, we will be introducing opt-in carbon offset programs which can be bundled with our products and services, enabling customers to purchase Carbon Neutral and champion sustainability initiatives to reduce their carbon footprint.
